Due to Sandra’s former mobile lifestyle, it became very clear to her, that she seemed destined for a career in real estate. After growing up in Massachusetts, getting married and consequently moving to various different cities, states, and countries, it seemed clear to her that the real estate industry was where she would make a bigger impact in helping people with their real estate needs. Finally settling down in Minnesota with her husband and her four children, she decided that, as a realtor, she could utilize all of her various personal experiences with buying and selling real estate to helping similarly situated families.

She began her career in real estate by joining Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2001 and then moved on in her career to Keller Williams Realty in 2005. Soon thereafter, Sandra went on to get her broker’s license and seized the opportunity to launch her own real estate company, VillaQuest Realty, in 2007. In doing this, Sandra fulfilled her life long dream. After experiencing the lack of customer responsiveness and quality customer service in business today, Sandra’s company aimed to overcome these typical shortcomings. The integrity, client focus, and personal counseling that she offered to every client in her past career, today, serve to form the foundation on which VillaQuest Realty operates.
